Self-care is the starting point of all true transformation. Here you find continuous practices that integrate different therapeutic, medical and contemplative approaches, creating emotional, physical and spiritual support for everyday life.

A living program that brings together various therapeutic and medical approaches in regular gatherings. A space of continuous care for those who wish to understand and live health in an integral way.
